IONA COLLEGE’S ANNUAL OBLATE MISSION ACTION DAY APPEAL
Oblate Mission Action Day (OMAD) on Friday 15 August 2025 is our College’s major fundraising event for the Oblate Missions throughout Asia and Africa. It has been a tradition for many years for Iona families to make an OMAD donation. The Oblates work among the poorest and neglected people and over the past 40 years Iona families have contributed just over $1 million to these communities. This is as deeply appreciated as it is necessary. As the money is being directed via the Oblate communities in each country, we can be assured that all of our contributions are reaching their destination in the clearest and most direct means.
All donations over $2 are tax deductible. The tax receipts will be issued by MAMI in Term 4.
#Please note In making this donation you are not purchasing “Mission Money” that can be spent on the day. An email explaining the process of purchasing Mission Money will be sent in a follow up email.
