The Stuart McIntosh Memorial Seniors Garden Competition is open to all senior residents over 60 years in the Cloncurry Shire.Categories and Prizes:
Winners will receive buy local gift cards and a framed certificate.
Grand Champion Garden Exhibit - $200
Best Garden - First $150, Runner Up $70
Best Lawn - First $150, Runner Up $70
Best Produce Garden - First $150, Runner Up $70
Best Potted Plant - First $150, Runner Up $70
Best Decorative Garden Feature - First $150, Runner Up $70
(e.g. gnome, scarecrow, garden art)
Entries are open and will close on Thursday 28nd August 2025
Photography and judging will take place on the week commencing Tuesday 5th September 2025
Presentations - Winners will be announced at the Seniors Month Morning Tea on Wednesday 15th October 2025 from 10:00am at the Cloncurry Community Precinct.
