A little bit about Sound Healing and Breath Work:Sound healing is a ‘bottom up’ approach to therapy, it is a powerful tool to connect with our bodies and get insights about our lives.
The function of the breath work is to activate the sympathetic nervous system, whereas the sound bath aims to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, to bring the body back into homeostasis. Please note a drum will be used while guided through the breath work.
A little bit about the 7 quartz crystal bowls:
The bowls are made of 99.9% pure quartz crystal from WA, sourced from quarts sand deposits that are made in abundance by nature every year. They are specifically tuned to 432Hz to allow the best sound vibrational healing. Each bowl has a different color and resonates with each of the 7 energetic body points.
