Our End-of-Year Concert is a celebration of all the hard work, progress, and passion our dancers have shown throughout the year. It’s a fun, high-energy event filled with confidence, teamwork, and unforgettable memories!
The end-of-year concert is the most exciting event of the year.
How to order your costumes:
Ordering your child’s costume is quick and easy! Just follow these steps
1. Confirm what costumes you will need.
2. Make sure you’re aware of the total cost, deposit, and balance due later.
3. Measure the performer & write these details down. You'll need them next. (details on how to take measurements are below).
4. Click on the yellow Book Now button.
5. Select the costumes you need.
(Note: you only need 1x per style/genre that you do. Acropop needs both Acrobatics & Hip Hop.)
6. Click Next.
7. Add in your specific details.
8. Complete the check out & payment process.
REPEAT THIS STEP TO ADD A SECOND PERFORMER - Each performer must have their own costume order. Thank you!

Order Period: 25th–25th July

Review Week: 26th–29th July – During this time, we’ll check in on anyone who hasn't placed an order.

Chadwick Studios will Order: 30th July (no orders after this date)

Production Time: Our manufacturers require a 60-day turnaround, bringing us to 28th September

Shipping to Australia: Approximately 15 days, costumes expected to arrive around 13th October

Sorting & Distribution: Allow 15 days for our team to unpack, sort, and allocate costumes to each performer — ready by 28th October

All costumes need to be ready prior to Dress Rehearsals on 15th November

How to Measure Your Child for a Costume

Use a soft measuring tape (fabric tape, not metal).

Make sure your child is wearing fitted clothing (no bulky jumpers).

Keep the tape snug but not tight against the body.

Measure in centimetres (cm).

Write the measurements down clearly.
What to Measure:
-
Chest – around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms.
-
Waist – around the narrowest part of the waist (above the belly button).
-
Hips – around the widest part of the hips/bottom.
-
Girth (torso loop) – from shoulder, through the legs and back up to the same shoulder.

Inseam – from the crotch to the ankle (inside leg).

Height – from top of head to the floor, standing straight without shoes.
