If so - you are not alone! We are hearing the words exhaustion, burnout and stress from aged care leaders across Australia and we are here to help. Not your average conference is a day for you as an aged care leader, to take a PAUSE as we approach the implementation of the new Aged Care Act. It is an opportunity for you to take a breath, regroup and learn from expert clinicians who understand the challenges you are experiencing as we start our marathon (not a sprint!) towards a new era of aged care services in Australia.
