PWR Dancer Pilates, Strength & Conditioning Term 3 Program

About
This is a cross training class designed for dancers to assist in strength, conditioning and injury prevention. Each week the classes will progress in difficulty and maintain similar movements for muscle memory and stimulation. We will use a combination of pilates, bodyweight & equipment based exercises as well as co ordination drills.11yrs & Under 4.10 -4.55pm
12yrs & Over 5 - 6pm
