A legal history tutorial on History of Equity by the Hon Joseph Campbell KC. He was a judge of the Supreme Court of NSW from 2001 until his retirement in 2012. He sat in the Equity Division from 2001 to 2006, and was a judge of the Court of Appeal from 2007 to 2012. In 2013 he was elected as a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.
