AGM meeting start time 1.00pmAll members are welcome to attend the AGM only at no cost. Please advise Peter Forbes if you wish to attend the meeting only to allow for seating.
Presentation Luncheon
Starting time 12.00pm
Canapes served with pre-luncheon drinks.
Mains and Dessert served alternate drop including selected beverages
Main course served at the conclusion of the AGM.
Dress code: It is expected for men to be in a jacket & tie and ladies cocktail.
