The session is designed to help you better prepare your clients by explaining what to expect on the day and hopefully easing any concerns they may have.The session will be led by one of our orthopaedic surgeons and will cover many of the common questions clients ask before their appointment. There’ll also be time at the end for a Q&A.
It’s open to all staff, especially those who regularly speak with clients about the IME process.
