Pigeon Rescue Support Inc & Pigeon Rescue Melbourne present the beginner de-stringing workshop.Learn how to safely remove string and debris, giving city pigeons a second chance at life.
Meet the Pigeon Rescue Melbourne volunteers at The State Library at 9am sharp.
The day will take us from The State Library to Flagstaff Gardens and then onto the Queen Victoria Market.
Some of our volunteers will be driving, so transport to each venue will be offered.
Our experienced volunteers will bring all tools required for the de-stringing process so there is no need to bring any supplies. This is a beginner workshop so all de-stringing will be completed under supervision and you will be guided through the process.
De-stringing kits will be available for purchase on the day.
