Bethany Pilgrimage 2025
About
Bethany Pilgrimage (under the patronage of Our Lady Help of Christians) is a walking pilgrimage for women 18+. It involves walking approximately 18km visiting five churches. The day begins with 8am mass at Our Lady of the Rosary (St Mary's) with a pilgrim blessing followed by walking to:1. St John the Beloved Maronite Catholic Church (Mt Druitt)
2. St Josephs Chaldean Catholic Church (Mt Druitt) (lunch break here)
3. Sacred Heart Parish (South Mount Druitt)
4. Holy Spirit Parish (St Clair)
5. Return to OLOR (St Marys).
The theme for 2025 is "The Glorious Mysteries". There will be Adoration or reflection and personal prayer at each church. Confession will be available at times also.
This event is perfect for active women who would like to spend a day in prayer whilst pushing themselves physically in order to pray for themselves or family.
Water, snacks and light lunch provided.
