Cultural Competency for Mission is a two-day seminar designed to support clergy in navigating the opportunities and challenges of ministry in multicultural settings. Through practical, mission-focused learning, participants will deepen their self-awareness, attitudes, and intercultural skills needed to serve diverse communities with confidence and care. Ideal for newly ordained, overseas-born, or clergy serving in culturally diverse parishes.
