July/August Series: Feelings in Motion ✨🌿Step into a world where feelings move, stories breathe, and emotions find its voice. Emotions in Motion is a joyful outdoor workshop series where children explore their emotional landscape through movement, drama, and collaborative play.
Together, we’ll stretch emotional flexibility, build compassion, and learn how to read and respond to feelings—both in ourselves and others. Using role-play, sensory-rich activities, and embodied storytelling, children will develop confidence in naming, expressing, and navigating emotions with care.
From playful improvisations to reflective moments beneath the trees, this series nurtures emotional awareness, perspective-taking, and a strong sense of connection and belonging.
Let emotions move—and move us.
