A dedicated training space for dancers serious about refining their heels technique and elevating their performance quality.The Heels Intensive by Elysian Creative League is a 3-hour focused session designed to develop precision, control, and musicality in heels based choreography. With two tailored levels Beginners and Advanced this workshop supports dancers in building strong technical foundations while pushing creative boundaries in a studio to stage environment.
Each session includes:
• Refined Technique Training – drills and exercises targeting posture, lines, transitions, and heel specific control
• Choreography & Combos – dynamic sequences taught with emphasis on musicality, texture, and detail
• Filmed Performance Rounds – professionally filmed choreography at the end of each session, designed for review or portfolio use
Whether you’re new to heels or an experienced dancer looking to clean up and challenge your execution, this intensive is for you!
