Start your week feeling clear, connected and full of strength for the week ahead.Join us for an afternoon of deep rest and renewal as we drop into the vibrations of the crystal sound bowls This journey is designed to help you:

This session blends sound with guided intention - setting and gentle breathwork. You will leave feeling grounded, uplifted and ready to move through your week with clarity and calm.

Time: Sunday: 5:40pm - 6:40pm(5:30pm doors open)
What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, notebook(journal), open heart and mind.
Children 8 and up are welcome.
