We warmly invite you to the Xavier Catholic College Year 12 Formal 2025 – a special evening to celebrate our graduating class and the memories they’ve made during their time at the College.Due to venue capacity, each student may be accompanied by up to two parents or guardians.
All tickets must be purchased in advance for both students and their guests.
We understand family situations vary, and consideration will be given to blended families upon request.
Please contact the Event Organiser if this applies to your family.
🪑 Please note:
There will be no allocated seating. Casual seating will be available throughout the venue.
🍽️ The evening includes a generous menu featuring:
A selection of hot and cold canapés
A variety of hot buffet options
A dessert buffet, with tea and coffee
Further event details will be shared with students and families closer to the date.
