In the busyness of life, it’s easy to slip into autopilot… but something truly special happens when families pause, come together, and commit to connection.Family Connect is a beautiful invitation to do just that — a meaningful, play-based movement and meditation experience designed to strengthen the heart of the family unit.
Through gentle heart-centred practices, we’ll cultivate joy, build trust, and nourish your bond in a conscious, present, and deeply supportive way.
Family is more than just relation, it includes our kin - our people that we choose. This session is open to everyone who you consider previous and a familial presence in your life. This may include grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, close friends, etc.
