Join me for a delightful afternoon with acclaimed chef & cookbook author Danielle Alvarez, as we celebrate her second cookbook 'Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking'. Danielle spent time working at The French Laundry & Chez Panisse in California, Fred's in Paddington and now works as the Culinary Director of the Event spaces at the Sydney Opera House. Danielle's thoughtful recipes, wisdom, and whimsy offer the foundations for a lifetime of joy and nourishment, this book is dedicated to her favourite way of cooking: at home, for and with friends and family. Comte Gourges, Pumpkin Galette, Strawberry, Ricotta & Spelt Loaf and Ricciarelli Biscuits to share, served with fragrant teas.
