Book carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges once purchased, if you make a mistake in the booking or if you cannot attend for any reason including sickness, work related issue or if you change your mind. Download your ticket and save to your device or print out and bring with you on the day. If for any reason you do not receive your ticket (and there is usually a simple explanation for this), contact us via the link on this page and if the transaction has been completed, it will be re issued. This is an 18+ event. Please don't bring babies in arms as we don’t believe it is suitable for them. Do not buy from resellers. These tickets, if falsified will not be honoured at the door. In the event of a postponement, you will be notified by email and your ticket is perfectly valid for the new date. If unable to make the new date, you have a further fourteen days to request a refund. In the event of a full cancellation, all tickets will be refunded but allow 5-7 days for all to be processed.
