Join Sensei Paul, fresh from bringing home Australia’s first-ever medal at the KSI World Karate Championships, for two inspiring holiday workshops.Each 3-hour session combines focused kata instruction followed by high-level kumite training.
Workshop Details
Tuesday 8 July (Recommended for white to green belts, senior grades also welcome)
9am - 10:20 am: Pinan Yondan
10:30 - 12 pm: Kumite Fundamentals
• Step-by-step teaching of this essential foundation kata
• Build flow, rhythm, and confidence
• Followed by speed drills, footwork, and kumite setups
Tuesday 15 July (Recommended for blue belts and above)
9am - 10:20 am: Kururunfa
10:30 - 12 pm: Kumite Fundamentals
• Learn this dynamic and powerful advanced kata
• Explore transitions, contrast, and performance mindset
• Advanced kumite training aimed at international competition
$40 per session | $70 for both
Spots are limited to maintain high-quality instruction.
