Description:
Our school holiday clinics provides a safe environment for all levels of experience including beginners to learn, grow and develop their sporting knowledge, love and skills through interactive, fun-based activities. We provide workshops to help develop their running technique, strength, agility and fitness. We work hard but most importantly, we work smart. We take into consideration the children’s age, skills and their goal to help create an environment suitable for them. Join us these school holidays for your chance to improve your skills, knowledge and love for your chosen sport!Snacks will be provided but athletes are to bring their own drink bottles, any extra snacks/food they might need. Parents are welcome to take notes or videos during the clinic for future reference.
