St John Ambulance will be delivering a practical training session on how to safely and effectively use a defibrillator (DEFIB) in the event of a cardiac emergency. This hands-on session is a valuable opportunity to build confidence, learn life-saving skills, and better understand how to respond in critical situations until professional help arrives.
