The Jill Casey Awards are launching in 2025 in order to provide further opportunities for Theatrical dance students to further their training. The plan is for these awards to become an annual event on the Qld dance calendar held in Brisbane. Open to all Theatrical dance students Australia-wide, the Awards are an opportunity to showcase your dance skills, and perform on stage in front of a live audience and highly respected Judges. There is no need for costumes or a pre-choreographed solo. This is an opportunity for Theatrical dance students to participate in Scholarships without having to go to the expense of hiring choreographers and buying stage costumes. Candidates will be judged on their class and performance skills only.
