I am offering a SACRED BELLYDANCE and EMBODIMENT WORKSHOP open to all.This workshop is for those who are curious to explore and unveil the ever-unfolding mysteries of what it is to be womxn through the doorway of the body, coming back home to ourselves, to our sovereignty, fullness, sensuality, our wild rawness and presence. Hips shaking, feet moving freely on the earth, serpentine, spiralling, rolling, connected to your root.
The body becomes the alchemical chalice of transformation, dismantling, shifting, changing, evoking, birthing, softening and becoming. For 2 hours together, we will explore the nectar of presence and embodiment, the honey of breath awareness and conscious movement derived from the ancient feminine language of bellydance.
I look forward to exploring the wonderful world of Sacred bellydance, embodiment and the feminine arts with you.
