About
The second 5-year cycle of the Rolling Facilities Evaluation (RFE) program has commenced, and schools will progressively receive an on-site RFE assessment to capture up-to-date information on the condition of school assets.This information is presented in a Condition Assessment Report (CAR) and once approved is uploaded to the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) for schools to develop a new School Maintenance Plan (SMP).
The SMP workshop is designed to build on the experience schools have with developing/operationalising their SMPs, while continuing to further develop the capability of school leaders to plan and manage school assets effectively and ensure a system-wide approach to maintenance using AIMS.
Workshops are run via Webex. Please make one registration per school, however more participants can attend on the day. Participants should be either Principals, Assistant Principals, Business Managers, and/or facilities leads. We recommend two participants per school.
