Gardens for Wildlife Ballarat is proud to present Tanya Loos in Ballarat.
Tanya lives near Daylesford and has been passionate about wildlife and nature since she was six years old. She is an accomplished author, radio presenter, blogger, wildlife carer and public speaker who draws from ecological science to educate and inspire people to care about wildlife and wildlife habitat.
Tanya will discuss the ideas in her latest book Living with Wildlife: A Guide for our Homes and Backyards. We know this theme will appeal to all gardeners wanting to attract and interact more with wildlife around our homes and in our gardens.
The afternoon will also include a brief AGM which includes presentation of the G4WB President’s and Treasurer’s reports and election of the committee.Tea and coffee will be provided but please bring a plate of afternoon tea to share. Take home your empty plate plus a selection of local native plants for your garden - and maybe purchase one of Tanya's inspirational books.
