The NSW branch of the Australian Association for Infant Mental Health (AAIMH) hosts a monthly online seminar series.Join us at our July 2025 seminar to hear from Chris Barnes speak about ""Caring for families and Ourselves: A Fresh Look at Perinatal Mental Health and Fostering Wellness for Clinicians"
Chris Barnes is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 30 years of professional insight and expertise. Chris has always had an affinity for the well-being of mothers and babies. Her career began with a focus on families, adoption, foster care and women’s health, and she naturally moved into the perinatal space! In 2014, Chris joined the team at Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) as one of their first perinatal therapists. She supported 150 clinicians over her 10-year tenure at GFA and led the Clinical Team. Now Chris works with a group of perinatal psychologists at perinatal people.com
Cost: Free for AAIMH members; $15 for non-AAIMH members
