NSW Public Education Week is a time to celebrate and acknowledge everyone who contributes to our children and young people’s educational journey — school staff, parents and carers, community leaders and P&C associations all play an important role in shaping student success.This year’s theme is: Ignite Your Potential.
It’s an opportunity to recognise and support the unique talents and aspirations of every student, and to highlight how public education helps them shine — academically, socially, creatively, and emotionally.
To celebrate, the P&C Association is organising a BBQ lunch (pre-purchase only) and drinks will be sold by our Year 6 students on the day.
We look forward to celebrating Public Education Week with our school community at Schofields PS on Thursday 7th August.
Parents/carers, please print your own tickets. Student orders will be given to class teachers on the day.
