Baby Massage Course
About
Baby massage is a gentle way to bond and connect with your infant and to gain from all the benefits it has to offer.The course runs an hour a week for four weeks. Each week builds on the content from the previous week and by the end of the course you will have the knowledge and skills you need to massage your baby safely and with confidence.
Course Content
• appropriate oils for baby massage
• contraindications to massage
• when and where to massage
• permission sequence
• benefits of massage
• massage strokes for full body massage
• sequence for colic, wind and constipation
• mindful parenting
• massage for the growing child
• enhancing massage with sensory play
Course cost includes a bottle of organic sunflower oil, stroke review handout and ongoing support through private Facebook Group.
