2025 In conversation: Chief Justice Stephen Gageler
The Piddington Society is proud to host the Hon Justice Stephen Gageler AC, Chief Justice of Australia, for a special evening of reflection and dialogue.
Hosted in Courtroom 1 of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Chief Justice Gageler will deliver remarks before being joined in conversation by the Hon Justice Peter Quinlan, Chief Justice of Western Australia. Chief Justice Quinlan will lead Q&A, and there will be opportunities to ask questions from the floor.
This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from Australia’s most senior judicial officer in an open and collegial setting.
Attendees will be eligible for up to one CPD point.
Your attendance at this, and at all Piddington events, go toward our access to justice projects. These include the Piddington Justice Fund for community legal centres; the Piddington PLT Fund for the CLCs that host Piddington PLT grads to complete their hours required for admission; and, a First Nations legal education fund. We also fund the Christine Wheeler Scholarship and John Chaney Award for new law graduates and law students.
In 2024, our contributions through those and related activities exceeded $150,000.
