This event will begin with a Conference Dinner on Thursday 6 November at University House: Speaker former Farrago Editor, Bill Garner. The main Conference on Friday 7 November will focus on student publications since 1855. It will include the medical student publication Speculum (1884-1910), architecture students (1908-1971), Robert Menzies and MUM, the view from Farrago 1945-59, Engineering student experiences in the 1960s, student journalists in the 1970s, Farrago and student politics in the 1980s, Offset Printing and the Democratisation of Student Publishing, and University College journals as sources for a university history.You can book for the Conference Dinner, a Full Day (all refreshments included) or a Half Day (lunch included in both packages.
