About
TIDAL is a 3 day Seafood Festival held on the foreshore of San Remo from the 19th - 21st September. Along with our TIDAL Seafood Gala Dinner, Blessing of the fleet, Seafood Demo's, Entertainment, Food Trucks etc, is the NATIONAL DECKIE RACE. The deckie race is a major part of the festival with the history of the race going back as far as the festival itself. In previous years it has been a "hotly contested competition" amongst the commercial fishing fleet deckie's, but now it's open to everyone. With $1000 prize money up for grabs, get your duo team together and register for the "National Deckie's Race" to be held over two days (Saturday 20th - HEATS, Sunday 21st - FINALS). All abilities and skills welcome. Race consists of 4 x 25m mix of easy deckie tasks.Date
