For July, we'll be focusing on the Craigellachie distillery, a unique gem from Speyside. The industrial backbone of Craigellachie's spirit is its 'worm tub' condensation, which contributes a weighty, sulphury richness, and notable oily texture to its whisky.

We'll explore how different types of casks, including ex-Bourbon barrels, Sherry, and wine casks, influence its robust spirit; adding complex layers of fruit and spice upon what is proudly proclaimed as an old-fashioned whisky.

Join us to discover the unique character of Craigellachie and deepen your appreciation for a spirit described as “a style seldom met with now”.

While whisky is of course provided for the tasting, you are also welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy with your meal (light meal provided).

Please make sure you bring your own glasses for the tasting, as glasses provided by the venue are limited.
