Big Feelings, Little Bodies: Setting Realistic Emotional Regulation Goals
Topic: Emotional regulation goals in young children — what’s realistic and what’s not.
In this live group mentoring session, Claire and Alyce will:
- Explore the realities of regulation in early childhood
- Unpack how they frame goals for success in therapy
- Share the shifts they've made from idealistic to realistic goal setting
- Discuss tools, language, and strategies that support children and caregivers
🧠This session blends honest discussion, clinical reasoning, and mentoring — giving you real insight into how two experienced clinicians think through challenges in paediatric OT.
