VMC RAC Member Listening Sessions
About
As part of our commitment to making the RAC experience better for everyone, we’re inviting RAC members to take part in small-group listening sessions. These sessions are designed to build on the insights shared in the recent survey, and offer you a space to discuss your experiences, ideas, and reflections in more depth.The sessions will run for one hour each and will be relaxed and conversational. No preparation is needed—just bring your thoughts and your perspective. We’ll explore some of the key themes emerging from the survey responses, and talk about what’s working well, what could be improved, and how we can make the RACs more inclusive & effective.
Your voice is a vital part of this process. The listening sessions are a chance to share openly with other RAC members and help shape practical, meaningful improvements for the future.
