Frog In A Froq is an inclusive community event celebrating the spirit of Frog and recognising and encouraging women in trad climbing (regardless of age and experience).Frock up for a fabulous weekend with friends new and old, games, prizes and of course some good ol’ trad climbing in dresses!

Participation in this event requires you to:
-Wear a helmet at the crag. Ask if you don't have one.
-Be responsible for your safety: only climb if you have trad climbing experience.
CLIMB AT YOUR OWN RISK. Frog in a Froq is a social event- no training or guiding provided.
-Care for the area: car-pool, stick to the paths, take out all rubbish, poop in the toilets!
-Respect others' use of the crag: small groups, share the climbs, careful not to kick rocks off.
If this event is cancelled due to weather, ticket purchases may not be refunded.
