About the Presenter
Igor Tomic is a facilitator, trainer, and public sector senior leader with over 15 years of experience working in justice sector. He specialises in system reform, cross-sector collaboration, and designing inclusive, outcomes-focused processes toward sustainable change. Igor is passionate about systems improvement and creating spaces for honest dialogue, learning, and innovation—and brings a grounded, reflective approach to every facilitation. He holds a master of criminology, teaches case management practice at RMIT University and is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers.
