Itinerary Overview

6:30 AM – Check-in Opens

• Arrive at Federation Square (Opposite Flinders Street Station)
• Show your ticket, collect wristband 
• Group photo & boarding begins

7:00 AM – Bus Departs Melbourne

• Introduction by our tour coordinator
• Safety instructions and tour briefing
• Light entertainment on the bus

9:30 AM – Quick Stop for Toilets & Coffee

• 15-minute break at a service station for refreshments

11:30 AM – Arrival at Mt Buller

• Resort entry and unloading
• Collect your rental gear (jackets, pants, boots if opted)
• Begin your snow adventure

Free Time Activities at Mt Buller

• ❄️ Snow play & tobogganing
• 📸 Scenic photo spots & group pictures
• ☕ Grab lunch or hot chocolate at alpine cafés
• ⛷️ Optional skiing or snowboarding (not included)

    •    Mt Buller is an alpine environment. Conditions may include ice, snow, wind, and wet surfaces.
    •    Dress appropriately in waterproof and layered clothing, and wear non-slip footwear.
    •    Participation in snow play and any physical activities is at your own risk.

 Injuries & Medical Emergencies
    •    In case of an emergency, basic first aid will be provided by the group coordinator.
    •    We recommend participants carry any personal medications (e.g. inhalers, insulin, etc.).
    •    Severe medical issues will be referred to Mt Buller medical centre or emergency services.

 Travel Conditions
    •    Buses are chartered and insured, but participants must remain seated with seatbelts fastened while the vehicle is in motion.
    •    We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or road closures.
