Join me as I explain and show you how to make sour dough bread and keep your starter alive!While I do use my Thermomix® to mix and knead my dough, I explain how you can do this by hand or with a stand mixer, so if you are interested in making sour dough but don't own a Thermomix®, please come along!
I’m going to trial something new and see if we can make dough for you to mix and stretch and fold at the class!! If you’d like to do this please bring along:
Large mixing bowl
Spatula/wooden spoon/dough whisk - something big a sturdy to mix the dough (or use your hands!)
2L plastic or glass container with a lid
Banneton or tin that you wish to bake your bread in
Clean linen tea towel
