This workshop is for you if:

-you’re ready for holistic, evidence-based tools to reduce pain and feel better
You will learn:
-the four phases of your menstrual cycle and how to support each one
-what’s really driving period and pelvic pain
-how to reduce PMS symptoms through the right foods, movement, and lifestyle shifts
-the surprising ways period and pelvic pain can impact your bladder and bowel
-effective (drug free) ways to manage pain and why it is important
