Monday Morning Chakra Balancing Sound Journey (CANCELLED)
Come and join me for a Chakra Balancing Sound Journey on Monday from 9.30am-11am.
We will start with a gentle guided Chakra Balancing meditation working through the seven main Chakra's to then continue balancing and revitalising the body's energetic centres by using different instruments.
The gentle and harmonic sounds of the Singing Bowls, Gongs, Monochord, Kochi, Ocean Drum, Hand drum, Swinging Chimes, Wah Wah Pipe etc, will take you on an inner journey enchanting the effects of the meditation.
This will reset, ground and balance you and cultivate mindfulness.
This is an open class and everyone is welcome. No experience neccessary.
Please arrive 10min early to settle in. All you need to bring is a bottle of water, your beautiful self and the openness to relax and JUST BE.
Bookings essential as spaces are limited.
Exchange is $35 per person.
