🎓 Workshop 1 – Elements of Flow.
Building awareness of what helps and hinders flow in our movements. We will use patterns to bring these concepts to your awareness, for you to add to your toolkit. We will also begin to apply this awareness into the structures of Head Movements in Brazilian Zouk.
🔍 Workshop 2 – Infinite Possibilities of Head Movements.
Now we dive deeper. Together, we’ll explore how the mechanics of head movements and the principles of flow intertwine to create effortless, safe, and expressive dancing. It’s about discovering what feels good in your body—then turning that into art.
