This hands-on, brains-on workshop is designed for performers, producers and creative leads who want to sharpen their tech savvy and make their shows smoother, smarter and more spectacular.🛠️ Workshop Schedule- We encourage all Producers to attend the full combo of sessions.
🔹 1:30–2:45 PM – Strip Down the Tech:
Learn how to write a strong tech sheet, communicate with techs, make effective lighting and sound choices, and design acts with tech in mind.
🔸 2:45–3:30 PM – Tech Me Out
A playful, collaborative session where you’ll explore how lighting and music can dramatically shift the mood and impact of your act. Experiment with lighting effects, write live tech notes, and brainstorm with fellow creatives.
🔸 3:30–4:30 PM – Lit and Loaded
Get producer-ready with a practical breakdown of how to interpret venue specs, write clear instructions, create tech sheets, and confidently communicate with your tech team. Walk away with real tools, templates, and time-saving strategies.
