Learn about the world of supports available for your family!
This session will be facilitated by Kiind and guest speaker Nicola from the Neurological Council of WA (NCWA). Nicola is a neurological nurse who works closely with children and young people living with neurological conditions such as epilepsy, autism, brain tumours, meningitis, functional neurological disorder and acquired brain injury, and over 600 other common, rare and genetic conditions as varied as Huntington’s and muscular dystrophy.
Nicola will be sharing information about NCWA's NeuroCare and NeuroKids programs, which focus on educating families about their child’s condition, supporting care planning, connecting families with services such as the NDIS, allied health, and education supports, and so much more.
Join this supportive community of other parents and carers raising children with disability aged 0-18 years through Kiind’s Virtual MyTime sessions.
