Join the City of Port Phillip Council for a meaningful and informative afternoon in recognition of Dying to Know Day, a national initiative encouraging Australians to engage in conversations around death, dying, and bereavement. This is a FREE event.You’ll hear from Malia, Candace, and Iain from Journease, they are all trained and experienced end-of-life planners and practitioners—who will guide you through:
• Planning for your end-of-life
• What to expect when you or a loved one is close to death
• What the options are after you have died
Delivered in three engaging 20-minute sessions, this free event aims to demystify common misconceptions and ensure you are more prepared for the most significant event of your life.
