Love's Melody - Wentworth Falls
Its not often you can find a musical program which includes both Monteverdi and Fats Waller!
To paint love in music through the ages, musical director Amy Moore has curated a selection of works from sacred Renaissance polyphony and secular madrigals to 20th century and comtemporary works. There’s a female Venetian composer from the Baroque; romantics like Mendelssohn and Clara Schumann; a Percy Grainger arrangement of an old English folk song; Eric Whitacre, Howard Skempton, and not to forget the swinging 20th century works … and more besides.

Blue Mountains City council have recently replaced the audience seating at Wentworth Falls with new raked seating, which is plush and comfortable. The front two rows X and A are on the ground and available for those who need level access. If you need assisted access please click one of the wheelchair marked spaces and we will contact you to make arrangements. The best seats for view and accoustics are probably a few rows back (say D and E), but all the seats are good and the accoustic is generous all the way to the rear of the hall with uninterrupted sightlines to the performers.
