Join Meredith for an afternoon of opening the heart chakra through beautiful mantra singing and sacred sound.Meet at a secret location under the mountain, ten minutes from the township of Sheffield, in an intimate setting with a small group.
We'll start with some background and preparatory information, before we sing together some mantras in ancient vibrational languages (you will have a mantra sheet and live music to accompany). With the heart-space well and truly tuned into, and tingles from the gift you have given yourself and others, you will then lie down for a 75minute sound journey, where you will become the recipient of the divine frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, voice, flute, medicine drum, chimes, and more.
Your throat chakra will thank you also!
Note: you do not need to be a 'good singer'. And it is okay to listen if you prefer.
