A 2-hour guided creative workshop for artists, performers, and curious souls who want to reconnect with their voice, body, and creative spark!You’ll enter a whole other world: starting with a grounding ritual, guided journaling, and circle-style sharing. We’ll explore your artistry, what you’re craving now, and what lit you up as a kid — uncovering the threads that connect your inner child to your purpose today.
Then, we shift into the physical realm. With props, costumes, movement, and music, we embody our creative selves — and play. We’ll explore using photos and video in this expressive, unfiltered state. No pressure, no perfection — just realness, joy, and full-body expression.
You’ll leave with more clarity, connection, and the reminder that everything you’re chasing already lives inside you.
