As part of the Wheatbelt FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) Prevention Committee, we have received $10,000 from the WA Mental Health Commission to deliver activities across the region to promote safe, healthy and alcohol-free pregnancies. We want to promote that alcohol-free pregnancies are everyone's responsibility, not just Mums. Families, friends and communities all play a part.Your association has expressed interest to take part in this initiative. Each netball player within the association is eligible for ONE free shirt.
Please complete this form to order yours. Note that shirt sizes are limited per association and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once your associations allocation has been filled, shirts will be sent to your president for you to collect.
