Conducting a successful focus group is more than just asking a few questions and listening to a few answers. Research focus groups require thought and planning. There is more than one type of question, but how to use them? How do you keep the the group focused? What happens if things get a little excited and how might you manage this situation? In this workshop we will look at both the theoretical and practical sides of the process to prepare you for conducting research focus groups.
